Hi all, I'm not sure if this is something possible, so I might as well ask. Basically, I work using a shared mailbox within our department, and sometimes I get people moving messages to my subfolders and I only notice when reviewing the stuff I have in them, so it's easy for me to miss them. Even more now that we have interns rotating and sending more of them my way.

I investigated a bit about it but could only find a way to do so with automated rules, this does not work for my situation as emails would still need to be read/reviewed by human eyes to know which one goes to me or other people.

For added context (if it helps), I use the Desktop version of Classic Outlook for Win11. And we use MS Exchange for our stuff.

So tl;dr, I'd like to see if there is a way to get a sound/desktop notification any time someone moved a message to one of my subfolders.
