Hello! I arrive on August 31st, but due to putting in accommodations, I got my role early. I will be a seater at the Plaza Restaurant in MK! I was in F&B during my last program, so I was hoping for something else, but oh well. Anyways, I was looking to see if anyone has any insight on what this role is like. Thanks!
1st honor mode attempt. 45 hours in. Had just killed Raphael and Gortash. Everything else in Act 3 had been wrapped up, except Orin and the brain. Feeling good. Went into the Temple of Bhaal. Tav, Lae'zel, Shadowheart, and Halsin were ready to go. Was talking to Orin's mom when the cutscene started playing??? Nobody was in a good position. Orin takes everyone but Tav down in 2 turns. No worries, I'll go invisible, run, revive everyone, and come back. I dash up the stairs and out the door and all of a sudden, game over screen. Didn't know that trying to leave after initiating the fight insta killed you??? Cut to me staring at my screen for a solid 5 minutes. Will try again eventually cause I want the dice but I think I'm gonna wait a little bit to process before jumping back in.
Would a party with 1 wizard (me), 2 warlocks (Wyll romance and friend's Tav), and 1 melee (Karlach) work? I know it's a lot of spellcasters, and we'd be competing for the same gear, so Idk how we'd make it work.
My friend and I are doing an evil run and I'm playing Origin Shadowheart. I'm planning on going full DJ so my original plan was to go full death cleric. I recently saw a build that was 6 death cleric/6 shadow monk, which seems interesting, but I'm unsure if losing out on higher-level cleric spells is worth the multiclass. Opinions??
