I broke up with my long term partner last year, and I've recently started speaking to somebody and met him a couple of times. My problem is I'm SO anxious, when's he going to text, when is he going to see me, does he hate me, is he pretending to be interested. I'm spiralling for absolutely no reason and I don't know how to check myself.
