I used a chocolate chip cookie recipe, and added some chocolate chips as well as some marshmallows and pecans. This is my second time baking with marshmallows and once again I had a flat sticky mess although they tasted great. I just read a recommendation to air dry the marshmallows before baking so I’ll be trying that next time so the cookies can look as good as they taste.

This is my second time baking with marshmallows and they were once again a sticky mess. Just read a recommendation to air dry the marshmallows first so I will try this next time as the cookies were delicious. I’d just like them to look great as well.
Sprung for some fancy chocolate and almost went bankrupt! I chose not to roll the cookies in some more chocolate because…expensive! They came out beautifully if I could say so myself. I’ll be taking some to work this week and will report back on the coworker ratings.
