I’m a working professional (female) moving to Dublin for a new job and looking for a shared accommodation in or near Dublin 1 from 25th May.

About me:

• Full-time employed (public sector)
• Clean, tidy, and respectful
• Non-smoker, no pets

What I’m looking for:

• Single room in a shared apartment/house
• Preferably with other females (or mixed but respectful housemates)
• Close to city centre / good transport access

Budget: €700–€1000 (flexible depending on location and condition)

I’m open to areas like Drumcondra, Phibsborough, Smithfield, or nearby.
