Liquid PCL results / turkey neck

Just wanted to share the results of 3 miracle L treatments and 1 rejuner gold treatment over about 18 months using BAP technique.

In the first photo I’m about 100 lbs heavier than the second photo, and I was really concerned when I started my weight loss journey about how badly the turkey neck would get so I started treatments right away, a couple months apart.

The second photo is from today. My last treatment was over 6 months ago.

Has anyone successfully got their med card and passed the DOT physical with bipolar? Stable for the past 3 years with no med changes, on divalproax sodium, lamotrigine, and quetiapine. The quetiapine does make me drowsy - so I only take it before I sleep.

These are my lips. Looking to do some filler with a natural looking result. Hoping for some guidance:

Would you use Jeaunitique fine orJeaunitique deep filler?
Would you put 1mL each in top and bottom, or 2mL in each?
The Jeanitique fillers call for 23g needles - would you get the 4mm length or the 13mm?
