Snork Neck Phenomenoid When You Nail a Snork in the Head While It's in the Air

Reminds me of that scene in 'C.H.U.D.' (1984) where a "chud" stretches its neck out right before getting its head lopped off. };-P

Disembodied Fly-Through of the Truck Cemetery of Demented Doom a Go Go

Songs are Forbidden Places by Meat Puppets and Forbidden Zone by Oingo Boingo. Video game music bits are from Codename Tenka (PlayStation) and S:SoC. Disembodied "force" sound effect is from Evil Dead 2: Dead by Dawn.

Floaty-Go-Nuts Pseudogiant of Demented Doom a Go Go

Mod is Oblivion Lost 2010 v1.0 for S:SoC v1.0005. Music is that snippet of the Sanctuary Guardian theme from Earthbound that we hear everywhere because it's just perfect. Soundbite is from 'It' (1990). Sound effects are from Undertale (PC) and Contra (NES). Area is Garbage. Armor is Guardian of Freedom (though I had Sid make me an ecologist right from the start for this playthrough). Rifle is an AK-74 with wood furniture and a plum polyamide mag (called "Polyamide 6") which became the standard after those bakelite resin mags. Grenade launcher is a GP-25. Munition is a VOG-25 (40mm, HE-frag, caseless).

The peudogiant was floating because I spawned a bunch of them in a Whirligig which causes them to glitch out sometimes. So I took advantage of that situation and turned it into a marksmanship sport. Then this weird idea came to me to edit it with more weirdness.

Zone Sportsmanship Challenge: Six-Packin' Chimera-Whackin' (w/Commentary)

"Six-packin'" cuz the RG-6 is a "six-pack" type of revolving grenade launcher. Instead of six chambers, it has six separate barrels, and the thing on the front that looks like a barrel is only there so there's something to attach the foregrip to.

Anyway, ye olde cement factory down the road from the Jupiter installation (also down the road from Yanov station) is one of muh favorite locales in the Zone.

Zone Sportsmanship Challenge: Explody-Go-Nuts Chimera Safari (w/Commentary)

In first- and third-person. The Truck Cemetery is desolate but also scenic.

A Celebration of Chudly Based FPS Violence of Demented Doom a Go Go

This has montage-style bits and pieces of gameplay from different games and cutscenes in it, but a good portion of it is S.T.A.L.K.E.R. (Oblivion Lost 2010 and Anomaly-go-nuts). Theme music from the original 'Jonny Quest' from 1964. I tried to recreate the intro as closely as possible, or at least tried to get the action to match with the music and sound effects.

Lost Alpha Fleshpig Frolics to the Tune of Manic Depresso

A fleshy piggy fleshpig from Lost Alpha v1.3003 (based on Build 1934) circles 'round and 'round a tree in Cordon not far from the Rookie Village. Notice how this type of fleshpig has two eyes instead of three.

Song is Manic Depresso by Sykotik Sinfoney from the soundtrack to Bad Channels, a Full Moon movie of demented doom.

Ever notice this snork neck phenomenoid of demented doom?

I've only ever seen it happen when I shoot a snork in the head while it's in the air. First image is from the Great Metal Factory in Lost Alpha v1.3003 (third-person using a .44 Magnum revolver w/long barrel). Second and third are from the Dark Valley in S:SoC v1.0006 (using a Colt 1911). Fourth and fifth are the Red Forest, aka Radar, in S:SoC v1.0006 (using a SIG/Sauer P220).

At any rate, it reminds me of that scene in 'C.H.U.D.' (1984) where a "chud" stretches its neck out right before getting its head lopped off. I love '80s horror movies! }:-P

Zone Sportsmanship Challenge: Jumping Pseudogiant Slicer Mk.1 and Mk.2 (w/Commentary)

With commentary by me (Judson Gaiden). Added music and/or soundbites are from Strider (NES), Final Fight (arcade), Skeleton Krew (Genesis), Contra (NES), Mortal Kombat 2 (Genesis), Nosferatu (Super NES, edited to make it sound weirder), Trancers (1985), and Team Fortress 2 (PC). Static sound effect is from Sub-Terrania (Genesis). Static visual effect is from Undertale (PC).

Demoman in Killing Floor (Slimline Edition)

YouTube Short format. Still need to make a 1280x720 version of this. Background music is from Syphon Filter (PlayStation), Flashback (Genesis), and Doom (PC).

If You Wish Upon It, We Are One

[[EPILEPSY WARNING]]

The ?!?! Squad performing a cover of 'Gen0cide' by The Offspring. This is my other headcanon singing voice for Ralsei. #1 is Curt Kirkwood. This one's Bryan "Dexter" Holland. In both cases, I pitched them up just a bit (sped up the whole thing, actually, partially to make the music sound more manic) to sound more like Ralsei's in-game goat-voice.

I think their band name should be something like "Flopty Flop and the Funky Gang."

Jason Mode (Arachnophobos Edition)

Mostly an excuse to get creative with the editing. Music is bits and pieces of the theme music to 'Friday the 13th, Part III', 'Let Me Hit It (Audiostalkers Mix)' by Sporty-O, Splatterhouse 2 (Genesis), and the 'Bled Dry' theme from KF1. Static sound effect is from Sub-Terrania (Genesis). Static visual effect is from Undertale (PC).

Oh, Be Jevil'd (Slimline Edition), or: My Headcanon Singing Voice for Ralsei

YouTube Short format. I made a full-size/full-length version too, but Ralsei isn't the main focus of it. Anyway, I've been experimenting with this for some time, trying to find out what Ralsei's singing voice would sound like even with some slight alteration (like upping the pitch, adding a hint of falsetto, etc.). So far, '90s-era Curt Kirkwood (of Meat Puppets) is the top contender. Second to him would be '90s-era Bryan "Dexter" Holland (of The Offspring). Dave Mustaine's regular singing voice fits Ralsei too without any alteration.

Song is called 'Popskull', and it came out the year Toby-go-nuts was born (1991). I only pitched it up enough to match what Ralsei's goat-voice sounds like in-game as closely as possible.

Oink Oink Fleshy Piggy-Go-Nuts "Yes Chad" Memes of Demented Doom a Go Go

Ashley Gilmore

Soundbite from Happy Gilmore. It also works for any scene in Killer Klowns from Outer Space where Officer Dave blasts a klown's nose off.

Cinemassacre did it first, but I tried to go even wackier with it.

Snork Safari Tips from an Old-School Zoner

"Any rifle, any pistol" isn't false, but snork headshots won't always be one-and-done in OG S:SoC v1.0006. Not sure if difficulty affects it (this is Master), but I've noticed that 9x18 and 9x19 pistols don't do the one-and-done headshot biz consistently like a .45 will do. Any make or model. Same for the AKS-74U. I've never seen any kind of snork take more than two headshots in the OG game.

Music is from Splatterhouse 2 (Genesis).
