Job Title: AI/ML Engineer

Location: Remote

Salary: $3000-$4000.

Job Description:

  • Design and implement scalable data curation and synthetic data generation pipelines that feed post-training workflows for large language models.
  • Build and optimize training infrastructure for fine-tuning and post-training runs, including RL-based training loops (RLHF, RLAIF, DPO, and beyond).
  • Develop and benchmark specialized models targeting factual grounding, structured reasoning, chart understanding, and other high-value tasks.
  • Own inference optimization, latency, throughput, and memory efficiency matter as much as accuracy metrics.

Work Hours

  • Should be available to work Eastern Time Zone at the minimum. 
  • Remaining work hours are flexible

  • Looking for long term collaboration. 
  • Ideal for candidates who can commit consistent daily time and are not currently overloaded with other full-time commitments

Goal of the Role
Over time, you will take full ownership of workflows and operate independently. Compensation will grow with your ability to manage and deliver without supervision.
