This is only my 3rd week and I’m staring low dose and drinking enough water. I’ve been noticing my heart beats very fast when I get out of bed and it stays that way for at least a few minutes
(Might be personal preference) but When you switch vendors, do you do a smaller dose at first to see how your body reacts? Or just your regular dose you’re currently at?
My next dose is coming up tomorrow and I’m not sure if I should be cautious or not be worried. And I really don’t want to have to lower my dose. For context yes they do extensive testing and test multiple vials per batch and provide COAs.
