This morning I was moving a little too quickly when it was busy. I put $500 on a gift card for a customer. I typed in the amount the customer wanted, but I pushed cash instead of letting the customer use a debit\credit card. I informed my Manager I messed up and by her responses and stuff she seemed upset\frustrated of what I did. I wanted to know if this was fixable? The customer did not TAKE the gift card without paying with cash, so is this still fixable? and can I possibly lose my job over what I did?
