Basically if my account expires on May 20 and I renew using a monthly plan on May 5, will that monthly plan start so I am good until June 20 or will it start immediately and it ends on June 5. A customer service rep said the monthly plan will start immediately and I would lose the rest of my yearly plan, but that seems wrong. lol, it is like they want to annoy people into leaving their plan or something.
