I didn’t expect nursing to feel like this
When I got into nursing, I knew it would be tough , but I didn’t expect it to feel this exhausting mentally. It’s not even just the long hours. It’s the constant pressure, the responsibility, and the feeling that you can’t slow down for even a minute. Some days I leave my shift completely drained, not just physically but mentally.
I still love what I do, but I’m starting to wonder how people do this long-term without burning out Suggestions?
