I bought a new electric Kia eNiro at the GRUPO CERVERA DE AVILA dealership. The first day we took it, the car symbol with an exclamation mark in red was already coming out. Both GRUPO CERVERA ÁVILA and KIA IBERIA SPAIN HAVE WASHED THEIR HANDS AND NO ONE IS IN CHARGE. Outrageous and inexplicable that the KIA IBERIA SPAIN BRAND DOES NOTHING in the face of this problem. Although I bought the car at the dealership, the car was new and with a FACTORY problem!!!! Unheard of!!!! We are in the hands of lawyers and we are going to go all the way. When a car goes wrong from day one, the problem is factory and requires a change like any other product we buy.
