K20z3 vs k24a2

Currently working on a k swap and at this hedge in the road, I am choosing between a k20z3 and k24a2, shooting for stock motor ARP head studs turbocharged to the tune of around 400whp on e85, is there one that would be better or does it not really matter?

Recently got a k20z1 transmission with a lsd in it but in pieces like this, gears in good condition, after putting in a new input shaft bearing (other bearings seem and sound fine), and some new seals, what else do I need and is there anything to keep in mind?
