I have been experiencing heavy internet drops, especially while playing games. the upstream and downstream numbers look fine, but I looked at the event logs and it seems that the wifi is dropping a ton throughout the day. I get hefty ping spikes on every game I play (from 30 to 100 in every game), even though I have one of the best tiers for xfinity. My router is close by for wifi, but I even experience issues through ethernet connection (on all devices). I have tried restarting the internet (both remotely and physically) and checking cables for stable connection. I have had this issue for a few months now.
