I've got a problem - I need two rings to be re-sized and prongs checked/fixed

What's the problem? They're on my fingers, I've gained weight, and I can't get them off ( also knuckles have enlarged, so losing weight probably won't work )

So, I'm pretty sure I'll need them cut off

Does the goldsmith do this? Who would?
