Hello everyone. I have been struggling with staying consistent while studying, especially with distractions and overthinking.
So, recently, I started trying a “study with me” method where I just sit, keep a timer, and focus, surprisingly it is helping me feel less alone and more accountable.
Do you guys use any techniques like this? What actually works for you when you can’t focus?
Also, I recorded one of my sessions if anyone wants to try studying together. Not sure if it will help, but I can share the session if anyone is interested 🙂
