Where’s the co2 fam at I need help I don’t want to waste co2

I have a inline adapter but it’s not working it’s not putting out the co2 , I got criticism for having it under my outlet but I feel like it doesn’t work as efficiently as I want to having it in the very bottom what should I do also help me find a better inline adapter
