Dell problem, is anyone else facing the same issue?
Its been 3 weeks since I bought my Dell 14 plus 14255, and it was not showing good signs. Firstly when I reached home with this device, my keyboard was not working. The backlight was on but the keyboard was not working. It persisted for like 2 weeks then I did some updates and then it got resolved. Today when I put this device to sleep and went down for some work that was only for 15 mins, my laptop wont turn on when I returned. The keyboard was working but not the display. I did a force restart from the power button and the screen showed that my laptop ran into some trouble and cannot be solved. Then I booted my laptop and now it is working fine. No ssd crash, graphic drivers fine and everything is looking good but I want to know if this is normal or not?
