So i completed one of the first rackets and flipped Charlie Kincaid cause I'm trying to get "The New Boss" trophy in this playthrough

After a while (PS5 was on rest mode) i came back and the game crashed, do i have to start a new playthrough or is there a chance that i can still get the trophy?
