I’m beyond frustrated with Sobha Realty at this point. My EOI refund has been delayed for 5 months, and they still haven’t returned my 15,000 AED. Every time I contact them, I get the same copy-paste replies and empty promises through email. They keep delaying, avoiding responsibility, and giving no clear timeline.
They are completely unprofessional and careless. Instead of solving the issue, they just keep wasting my time with repetitive emails and excuses. I trusted this company, and this experience has been extremely disappointing and stressful.
Has anyone else dealt with EOI refund delays from Sobha Realty?I’d really appreciate hearing if others had similar experiences or managed to get their money back.
