I'm hoping someone can help me. I bought a new Pro Breeze air conditioning unit this week and when plugging it in, it makes a strange buzzing sound that my old unit didn't.

Is this anything I should be worried about? Sometimes if I unplug it and plug it back in it does stop but most of the time this is how it sounds.

It's actually audible about 12 feet away.

Not sure if I should send it back and request what would be a 3rd unit as the first one turned up badly damaged.
