Refund it while you still can!! I emailed support because I was dissatisfied with the sudden updates, and they ended up issuing me a full refund just by simply asking even though I was already over 15 days into my + subscription.
If you’re unhappy with the removal of chat models or the overall quality, it’s worth at least contacting support and asking.

The mods keep dirty-deleting my posts and customer service won’t refund me. We got no warning regarding a huge change in service, just the “hey, we’re doing this now!”
