As you can see, this panel in my vinyl fence is bowing due to the root system of a rather ambitious fern that's growing through to the opposite side. I have an appointment to get the fern and root system removed, but I don't have the ability to get the panel out myself, which they advised is needed to get the roots out. What is the likelihood that a fencing company could take out just this panel and put it back together again once the job's done? Would the panel just have to be remade?
