Multi question post ahead....

Hey all! I'm in the process of setting up my LNL AP on my new bench. It's probably been about 5-ish years since I last used it due to work scheduling and moving across the county. I remember it being a bit quirky but just before I moved I had it almost dialed in, after getting the bullet feeder and the case feeder, to where I could breathe a small sigh of relief. Now? Well I don't know where to start. The auto case feeder and it is giving me multiple cases at a time. The shuttle(?) that's on the pivot against the spring is not tightened down as per what some of the vids on YouTube show. The reason being is that it's aluminum- it binds like hell if I snug it down close to finger tight or tighter. Am I missing something? I feel like a thin nylon washer would smooth that issue out and allow it to glide in its arc much cleaner.

Secondly- the post that raises up to move that shuttle has a plastic sleeve or bearing surface that appears to possibly been glued in the aluminum casting.... Not something I did so maybe factory? It's not staying seated and because of that it rises up and catches, not allowing the brass actuator rod to return. Do I just glue it back in place or has Hornady maybe come up with a new design that I may be able to get under warranty?

And lastly- my case feeder setup did not come with the support bracket for the column that I now see many have in the YT vids I watched today. The one that utilizes the two through holes in the column tube. Something maybe to request through the company? Never even knew the darned things existed.
