I’ve removed everything from gear, have only one paragon point with life, and yet I’m still stuck around 730. What gives?!?

Hey Yall! Isn’t Barb amazing this season? I’m one of the Rob followers and I’m currently in T10 but easily getting through T11 Pit. WW with HoP and RoS. I know everyone has been on the Melted Heart train but I haven’t gotten one to drop yet and I’m also seeing that there are some really good builds on Maxroll as well. If I want to transition to a build that doesn’t really on Melted Heart, but still be tanky, what should I go with?
