2020 Silverado 4.3 L. Trailer is 3,000 lb. Using tow mode. 60 mph is about 2,400 RPM and 65 is about 28 or 29. Is this too much for cross country road trips? When it's cool out my transmission temperature runs about 180. When it's 95° out my transmission runs about 205

I decided to redo my lap sealant after finding a few small issues instead of patching it. I used non leveling but I smoothed it over with my finger. Now I'm second-guessing that choice and I think I should have went with the big thick beads. Is there anything wrong with adding a second layer on top of this layer?
