Can someone help me in how to erase corrupt Images that don't appear on my gallery?

One of my friends in a group chat gave a Discord link and when I clicked and quit almost immediately, these things appeared out of nowhere and I can't find them even on ZArchiver.

Can someone please help with this?

I read the Subreddit rules and I tried navigating or searching for a Post with a Hypothetical such as this one, However, I found none and I decided to make it myself.

Of course, I'm not saying I have Roblox Plus or anything, This is merely a Hypothetical Question in which I am Interested on what happens to more than one private server bought while having this kind of membership (I think it's the word for this) active.

I'm curious to know what happens.
