22 year old, just been diagnosed with ENS

Hi all, yesterday I didnt even know this was a thing! my 22 year old son had septum and turbinate surgery 3 years ago. He felt like it never worked, that he was still blocked up, and he sniffs constantly (dry nose tho, just trying to get air). New ENT Dr and a scan- scan showed there next to nothing left of his turbinates- plenty of room for air - but just can’t feel the sensation of getting flow I guess. I feel so bad for him.

please tell me the thing that you have found that has helped the most if you’ve experienced the same? I want to help him as this is definitely affecting him in so many ways.

thanks!
