Bono Names The Perfect Summer Band
Talent recognizes talent. However, for me, they are more of a perfect April/May band. My launchpad album was Green, and in 1989, when I was in the back seat, laying (sic) down while my dad was driving (in late spring, no less), I would forever identify R.E.M. with this time of year. The only time I ever saw the band perform live was in 2008 at Red Rocks. May.
