I've suddenly started getting this random "electrical" noise in my recordings. There isn't a pattern to it that I'm aware of. It happens if I screen record, on Zoom, etc.

I haven't changed anything in my setup (that I'm aware of). What could have gone wrong? Driver issues? Bad XLR cable? Bad mic? Bad interface? Bad USB-C cable to the interface?
Setup:
MotuM2 interface, Sennheiser 416 shotgun, MacBookPro M1. Audacity. LG UltraFine 5K display (with interface plugged into it)
I've switched the mic to the other input on the MotuM2 and it still does this. If I'm not recording anything, and I have the M2 Monitor switched on, I don't hear the electrical noise in my headphones, even if minutes go by. Thanks for your feedback!
