I've had my gloves and boots for about 8 months now and I'm starting to have some concerns.
The Velcro on my gloves no longer holds. No matter how firmly I press it together, it won't stay fastened, and the gloves can now slide off with minimal effort. That's obviously a safety concern. My boots are also showing significant seam separation after the same amount of time.
When I contacted their support team, the only resolution offered was to ship the gear back at my own expense and go without it for one to two months. No replacement, no expedited option.
Alpinestars has a strong reputation in the community, so I'm curious whether this has been a widespread experience or if I just got unlucky.
Has anyone dealt with their warranty process and had a better outcome?
