So i see people saying that if you expose scars to sunlight they will heal worse, ik its true but how much does it really change?

I promised my friends to go swimming after school ends in June. Some know about my sh but theres 1 girl who i havet told bc i dont know her that well, i dont have a problem with her seeing them i just dont want them to look super fresh. I also dont think i can hide all of my scars bc i Hove on my arms, legs & thighs.
