Has anyone here taken your books off Kindle/Amazon? For lots of reasons, I no longer want to have my books for sale with them. One of my books was listed by a small Canadian trad publisher that now seems to have gone under, yet my book is still up for sale on Amazon. I have a document from the Canadian government stating that I hold the copyright. Two of my other books were self-published through Blurb using a publishing company that my husband made just to publish my books. Unfortunately, my husband has lost the login to the company email, and we can't get into his Blurb account to pull my books from sales. Any suggestions?
