hello esteemed redditers, i could use your help! i have this friend (let’s call her Sherry). Sherry found out i liked this guy (let’s call him John) bc she read my journal. some things happen and she tells me that i should give up hope on the possibility of john and me.
a couple of weeks later, she has me ask him to ask her to hoco.
while she thought i liked him, she told me all of the stuff they did together, going into detail. nothing inappropriate, but she made it clear he liked her. i was completely ok with him liking her, but she told me she knew i was jeaolous of her and that i was “just the test run.”
anywho this guy thinks im madly in love with him (bc he found out i used to like him) but i’m really not and i think he’s gay. they’re both still in my life and yeah. looking for thoughts. would it be wrong of me to block them
both now? months later? she considers me one of her best friends.
summary: friend goes after the person she knew i liked and asked for my help making it happen. friend still thought i liked him while she told me all the times he tried to hold her hand etc, saying things like “i know you’re jealous of me” and “you were just the test run.” do i block or not. also how do i get the guy to realize i don’t like him?
