Weird side effect—physical numbness?

Google tells me this happens to about 2% of people but there’s no info as to how long it may take to resolve. I’m just over 3 weeks on 12.5mg and tonight I started getting tingling in my ring and pinkie fingertips on my right hand. It’s my dominant hand and I work with my hands for a living so obviously I am freaking the hell out. Has anyone experienced this? How long did it take to resolve? TIA.

I’ve been pretty vocally struggling with my side effects on only 12.5mg. I’m on day 19 today and I feel like I’m finally starting to get some relief with certain effects while others continue to pester me.

Nausea has been almost entirely eliminated, my GI issues have been better over the past couple of days, I’m sleeping better overall, but I’m now getting dizziness and the anxiety is still quite heightened, especially in the mornings.

I’ve felt no benefit at all yet but I know 4-6 weeks is the sweet spot for a lot of people. He’s basically told me if I don’t feel better in the next 3 weeks, he wants me to come off the med. I’m gonna be so frustrated if I went through all of this torture to never actually feel improvement. Should I be worried about the new dizziness? Is heightened anxiety at this point still normal? I’m trying to push through to the other side of this but I’m now nervous that maybe I did all of this for nothing.

I’m on week 3 of 12.5mg and this just started yesterday. It’s short lived when it occurs, just a quick wave, but it’s obviously very disorienting and the heightened anxiety and anticipation that results from it lingers for quite a while.

I did take 20mg of propranolol on Monday and again on Tuesday (with my doctors permission), so I thought maybe that was contributing, but I haven’t taken any in 24+ hours and still getting the waves of dizziness.

I’m dealing with lots of “typical” side effects which I’ve learned to expect but this is new and freaking me out so I want to know if anyone else has dealt with this and how long it lasted. Thanks in advance!
