Got my period but

So I got my period. I last got it in March (lightly) and then back in October- and then the March before that.

So this is good? I guess I’m sort of recovered or what not, even though my mind has been worse again lately.

My only issue is that I’m overthinking getting it. Like.. how much did I eat to get it? I guess too much/ a lot? I’m happy I’m fertile but it just makes me want to eat less, and I’m sure others relate to that. Is there any advice on this mindset?
It’s sort of bothering and tiring me mentally to think about.
