I am reapplying for my provisional as I’m finally getting my arse in gear and learning to drive (pun intended)

I went through all of the annoying steps like proof of ID, set up an account for this and that and when I finally got to the renewal of my licence part it said I have to get a form from the post office. I remember having issues with this previously due to my diabetes but I cannot remember having to do all of this. Anybody else had this experience?
