I'm running low of a particular PLA color (sand) which I bought a bought for a gridfinity drawer project for my wife. I bought the last one at the local MC (Denver) and ordered 2 more shipped online.

That was January. Since then, they are still out of stock locally and online.

I saw a couple of post here that other filament stock was low from a couple of months ago and, other than the PLA basics, they don't seem to be getting regular shipments to fill the shelves. The shelf space they have dedicated to filament seems to be about 10-25% stocked on any given day I go there.

Sales staff always seem to regurgitate the same "Chinese New Year" delay and "we should be getting more soon" excuses, but the shelves seems to stay bare. Meanwhile Hobby Lobby's 3D printing section seems to be exploding with filament in all kinds of new colors.

I know I can get as good, or sometimes better deals online from Amazon, TicTok, etc., but when I underestimate a print, it was nice to know I could run to MC to get a spool.

Does anyone know what is up with the filament supply issue is with MicroCenter?
