

EMR Tek FireDragon Pro — LED strips failed at 5 months, no warranty response
Bought a FireDragon Pro in November. Within 5 months of normal use, several peripheral LED strips stopped emitting light entirely. No heat output in those areas either.
I have clear comparative photos (November vs now) showing the difference. This is not a mode or settings issue — the device behaved differently under identical conditions.
I contacted support, sent photo and video evidence, and received initial replies that eventually went completely silent. Sent a formal warranty claim email. No response.
Has anyone dealt with EMR Tek warranty claims successfully? Did anything actually work?
