Specs: B450MH motherboard, Radeon 580 8gb, ryzen 3 3200g which I want to change to a ryzen 5 5500 but need bios update , 750w PSU and a fish tank atx case. main issue is that when I swapped my CPU for the ryzen 5 I realized that I need a bios update and when I put my old CPU in it just won't display (my HDMI is plugged in, I've reset the cmos like 10 times PROPERLY, Ive tested the ram sticks , and I have removed the GPU and tried resetting cmos with out GPU and so on ...

And I have managed to boot once with one ram stick integrated graphics and it froze and I tried win+ ctrl + shift + b and nothing and I had to Force shut down and after that I didn't ever get a display again.
