Hello, so I am a son (22) for a dad (64) who owes child support to an abusive mother who I left a couple of years ago. When I left my mom the state (Georgia) is taking money from my dads retirement every month and I don't even live with my abusive mother anymore. Before I left she's never used the child support money for us. What am I supposed to do? Best option I thought of was to take her to court. I live in Georgia. I hope this doesn't break any rules, I'm not sure what to do.
