

If you zoom in on the picture you can see it says there’s a hub locker inside a door to the right but I didn’t have a QR code to the locker for that package. It specifically said to leaving at their door which was in a secured building and I even stood there for about twenty minutes while I could hear the doorbell going off because I struck up a conversation with the parking enforcement officer that was writing a ticket when I pulled up. (And yes I tried to contact the customer and called support before I left to let them know that the sign was present and nobody was answering any of my attempts to contact) Now I’m trying to speak with someone on support after the fact and it’s saying I cannot call and the chat isn’t loading. That’s wild. I’m literally not ever picking up another route. This app is a solid 3 thumbs down. Complete bs on multiple fronts.
