just wanted to rant because i’m probably gonna end up refunding them anyways.. but a buyer is asking for a refund before i ship out because she “just realized it says size 0 and I’m a size 4”…

and i clearly state the size in the description😭

and she reached out to me the DAY AFTER SHE BOUGHT IT. if she had reached out immediately i would’ve definitely just been like yeah whatever, but now even my minimal time and effort has been put into packing it up and prepping it to go out already and now im feeling like i don’t want to refund her🥀 i just don’t understand how these people on depop buy things without TRIPLE CHECKING SIZE LIKE WHAT THATS THE FIRST THING I DO
i don’t even know the depop policies on this and i don’t want to get in trouble/lose the money/get a bad rating from her that would tank my 5 star store rating. so ill prolly just refund and relist i guess cuz yeah its not that deep
