Need help in obtaining a new card for utility spends

Age: 21
Employment status: 3.7 lpa, salaried
Monthly Expenses & Spending Patterns: As shared in images
Top 5 Monthly spend categories and Top 5 Annual spend categories: UPI spends, food/delivery apps such as blinkit, mobile reacharge bill
Preferences for Credit Card Features: looking for a card which is not FD backed and has good cashback on utility spends as currently I have only a slice credit card however most other cards that I have tried to apply for have declined me
Reward Preference (Cashback or Reward Points): Cashback is preferred but reward points is fine as long as I get decent cashback in the end
Lounge Access Required not a priority
