I need to change my title to be just in my name. When I got my car my mom was a co signer so it says both of our names on the title, I need it to just say mine. Do I need her signature to have it just say my name? The document has “AND” between our names from what I could find about something like this that seems important. She never made a payment, this is 100% paid by me I only needed her to get the loan so I’m a little frustrated it even says her name at all. If someone could also let me know where she should sign if she needs to, she can’t go to dmv with me because she’ll be at work so idk if she needs to sign the seller part like she’s selling it to me or buyer? I don’t want to make two trips to dmv. I’m in Virginia btw.
