GF is interested in a PC. Wants to play modded fallout NV and 4. Also plays stardew valley and minecraft a lot. Is it possible to build a girly/pink themed PC with $1000? I will take care of peripherals. Would love advice on the rest of the build
Hi, really confused on what’s going on with my pc. I have been using the current build for over a year now. No idea if the signalrgb part has anything to do with it or not but that’s what I was doing when it happened.
Here are my specs: 7800X3d Asus tuf x870-plus WiFi Teamgroup t create 32 gigs ddr5-6000 cl30 Gigabyte 5090 Corsair rm1000e
Backstory: So my buddy suggested I try out signalrgb. Tried it out for a couple of minutes. Didn’t really like it, went to uninstall it in the windows menu. Computer just shuts off. No power to peripherals/no input to monitor.
Unplugged the psu and let it rest for a minute, when I tried to boot the pc the case fans, cpu fans, gpu fans all spin for just a split second. LEDs turn on a for a split second. No power to peripherals, a RGB on mobo stays on however. Psu clicks
Steps I’ve taken: Reseated all psu cords. Same result Removed gpu, tried booting. Same result Changed the 5090 to a 5080, tried booting. Same result Changed out psu to a different Corsair one. Same result Took all ram out, tried testing just one stick at a time. Same result. Tried to reflash bios, but the Asus light just blinks green 3 times and stays solid green. Can’t get any other behavior to happen. Tried resetting cmos by touching the 2 pins with a screwdriver for 10 seconds, same result.
I have no idea what else to try, anyone have any advice?
