PSA: How to turn off ACC/NZP

I had a reply to my comment on another post, stating that many people are complaining about the jerky nature of disabling ACC/NZP. I do not know how many people actually encounter this issue, but for the sake of your cars, please read ahead.

They stated that they were using the brakes to disable it, which resulted in too much braking and that they were using the accelerator to cancel it out.

This is not the correct usage; the system treats this as emergency braking; as it should.

The correct way to cancel ACC/NZP is to move the stalk upwards once. This will cancel whichever system you're in.

It will only engage reverse if you're stationary.

Hi All,

I thought this was worth discussing, as I've been generally happy with it.

Although not as good as the support from Nio, I am happy with Zeekr's support. I do feel that Nio charge a premium for their better support services, with additional options to really ensure you don't have to worry. Zeekr charge less, and deliver less, but it's still good.

I'm about to go for a small roadtrip during the holidays to inner Mongolia, and I thought that having the 220v outlet in the boot would be nice use. I planned to use it more than I have done, I've just been a bit too busy.

I inteded to vacuum my carpets using that outlet but it kept tripping. I messaged my dedicated Zeekr contact to arrange them to collect the car, deliver it to the garage, and return it. Again, they're not as reliable as Nio, and did take some reminding, but they did what I requested.

On top of that, they replaced my Lidar cover (I didn't notice any issues), washed the car, and fully charged it before bringing it back home.

I've been working all day, so I haven't even noticed that it's gone.

It's nice to feel assured that the company is going above and beyond for their customers.
