I am really struggling again. My baby was sleeping through the night from 3 months old until 6 months and now wakes up multiple times a night screaming.

I’m struggling with loss of sleep, I feel so beyond ugly, my hair is falling out , I cannot lose weight

My husband barley acknowledges my existence as if I’m some disgusting beast

I’m having trouble falling asleep when presented the opportunity due to anxiety about my baby no longer sleeping.
