Just received a random call from an Three agent who asked if I'm happy with the service etc and launched into an offer/contract spiel. I wasn't in a position to take a call and they tried to keep me on, and offered to call back later.

I'm on a rolling month contract for years.

Are they cold calling now or is it possibly a scam?

The 1913 number has an over 10 minute wait to talk to an agent to check 🫠.
